I am a multilingual business leader with over 10 years of marketing and innovation experience in leading transnational corporations (7+ years with Diageo in various geographies). Originally from Russia, over the recent years I was based out of Moscow, London, Paris and now London again, working in Regional, Global and lately in the local UK team.

I believe in simple strategies, which are based on a genuine consumer insight. I also know that consumers never see strategies - it is the quality of idea and execution that wins their hearts! So after defining priorities, I love rolling up the sleeves and ensure smooth transition between the strategy and brilliant execution.
