ABOUT
Hitachi Europe, a climate change innovator, believes that achieving net zero requires global collaboration. The "Possible" campaign, developed in partnership with Burson tackled the critical question of net zero's feasibility with a resounding "yes," showcasing Hitachi's commitment to a sustainable future through a multi-platform approach. A core audience to this was senior professionals interested in digital transformation particularly those working for large businesses. Many of whom will work in companies already using a Hitachi solution in some way but many of whom were not aware of Hitachi’s digital capability.
Core to this campaign was the digital film showcasing Hitachi's digital capabilities. This has traditionally been a complex area to explain, let alone demonstrate its potential to drive radical societal change. The film brought this to life using a powerful metaphor – a band – to illustrate how IT and OT systems work together, harmonizing for transformative change across social systems. The film showcased the impact of digital transformation on daily life, from energy consumption to urban navigation.
The "Digital" film performed particularly well on LinkedIn which is the core channel, achieving over 138,000 impressions and 37,500 views, demonstrating its resonance with key decision-makers. "Possible" transformed a critical question into a powerful statement of purpose and intent. The digital film brought to life the power that the digital transformation could play in driving changes to our daily lives.
