ABOUT

Union Street Technologies is the UK’s leading provider of billing, provisioning, and customer management solutions to service providers operating in the communications, data, and IT sectors.

Brief:
The refresh follows an eventful period of growth and change for Union Street. Over the past few year the company has developed its solutions beyond simply billing to increasingly act as a central point for back office integration, and as a profit centre for resellers. The company has also seen a steady rise in its customer base which now numbers in excess of 500 companies from across the telecoms channel including resellers, network aggregators and carriers.

A redesign of the brand was necessary to better represent the sophistication of the solutions, the position as market leader and the many changes in service delivery that Union Street have implemented.

ifour design agency solutions:
We started by refining the existing logo and then worked to develop a graphic device for the branding that is a representation of the coming together of the services they offer.

The symbol is a visual representation of a wireless beacon and a power on button and this has been used across all media and collateral in various ways, including animation.

The new strap line, ‘Powering your potential’ sums up their key mission, to be a valued partner that’s working with clients to fully realise the potential of their business.

Deliverables:
logo development
branding
cms responsive website
Edge animation
Animated infographic (under services implementation)
Scrolling people banner
user interface for software solution
Set up for video integration
Funky people stats
