ABOUT

'Farmshop on wheels' Milk & More wanted to boost brand awareness and highlight its sustainable offering to potential customers. Ten years after its last TV ad, we return the brand to the to the small screen with a rousing “message in a bottle”.

Milk & More delivers artisan produce and fresh milk in traditional glass bottles to doorsteps across England in time for breakfast. And as more and more shoppers turn to home deliveries and shun plastic packaging, Milk & More’s focus on convenience and sustainability is more relevant than ever.

The uplifting TV ad encapsulates the brand mission to create a positive impact on local communities, the environment and ultimately its customers. We see would-be customers standing at their doorsteps, and regional artisan producers, looking out into the distance and sending an ‘SOS to the world’ as they sing along to The Police’s famous hit Message in a Bottle. In the final shot we hear the iconic clink of the traditional glass bottles as Milk & More make their doorstep delivery.

The ad marks our first above-the-line campaign for Milk & More, who we have been working with for over 3 years, and aims to build on great performance at Christmas which saw a 65% uplift in sales. Planned and bought with regional audiences in mind, our creative will run across addressable TV and VOD.

~Laura Titchiner, Head of Marketing at Milk & More, says: “For Milk & More this TV ad really marks a shift in our business transformation, we’re now a modern E-Doorstep Delivery Business and this ad presents us as that. We offer a simple way for our customers to reduce their plastic footprint whilst also offering an incredible selection from smaller British suppliers, this ad really shows that in an interesting, catchy and emotive way. We can’t wait for people to see it.”
