At Levitum the ingredients are like a close-knit jazz orchestra: the pasta is made with innovative cereals such as tritordeum, but the leavening is very long, as tradition dictates, and the result is an extraordinary lightness, low in carbohydrates and very digestible. . The globe tells us about the birth of Tritordeum, a hybrid crop, obtained by crossing durum wheat with wild barley Hordeum chilense. The G note in Italian is called SOL, but sol also means Sun.

Levitum gourmet pizza was born in Sardinia, a blessed land, the Italian island with the highest number of centenarians.
Sardinian wheat, the Sardinian land are nourished by the love that the Sardinian people have for them.
I therefore used various symbols: Cupid, the heart, wheat, the sun and the moon which represent the healthy cycles of nature and leavening.
