We reimagined the brand identity and name for a Microsoft Dynamics integration expert, creating a distinct, human-centered presence in a traditionally tech-dominated space. Steering clear of overused technology clichés, we crafted a brand that feels approachable and emotionally resonant within the CRM landscape. At the heart of the brand is Nimbus, a friendly and intuitive mascot designed to guide users through the brand experience, reflecting the full spectrum of emotions people encounter when engaging with CRM platforms.
The positioning line, Inspirational Clarity, encapsulates the essence of what Cloud9 offers its clients—clear, confident direction in a complex digital world. Visually, we brought this to life through the use of soft, 3D cloud elements that interact with typography and imagery, adding depth and a sense of calm. This design language extends into custom iconography, ensuring a cohesive and memorable visual system. To fully express the brand’s narrative, we produced an animated film that follows the client’s journey toward achieving Inspirational Clarity.
