The brief was to develop a series of intelligent, brand-aligned AI chatbots that serve real business functions across multiple industries. The challenge was to design and build custom chatbot systems that could replace generic plugins, offering businesses a scalable, deeply integrated solution that reflects their identity and delivers a real-time conversational experience. Some bots were built for paying clients (hospitality/property), while others were self-funded prototypes to showcase future capabilities.
