With reference to the advertisement posted on Creativepool.co.uk I wish to apply for a position of a TEXTILE DESIGNER .

I am Priyanka Das.I have graduated recently from the prestigious Winchester school of Art in Textile Printing Deign Pathway . And now working as a Freelance Textile Designer in my school.

I have a work experience of in the Printing and weaving designing industry . I was working is Weavers Service Centre ,Ministry Of Textile , Government Of India ,as a Textile Master Trainer . During my tenure was a Textile Master Trainer their I was trained to weavers and redesign and redevelop their design and converted to main cloth design for final product, it was a group approach Trained program of Hand-loom Development Scheme (IHDS), Weavers Service Centre, Government of India,.

My work experience includes:

Redeveloping the designs for Leaving's and Printings for Indian market.

Redeveloping repeat and colouring for print designs.

Organize different design groups according to different themes. Dealing closely with suppliers & manufacturers all across globally for developments of all print & embroidery designs & also, for finished products.

I also completed my Postgraduate course with Textile Printing and weaving design from the Visva Bharati University, Santineketan, West Bengal, INDIA.

In my Double Postgraduate Degree in Textile Design , I have learned to make unique Art and designs that have commercial value.

I am very hard-working ,enthusiastic worker, and enjoy working in a team. I have worked on printing, fabric development, and artwork and fabric treatment. I also work in manual, screen, block, digital printing and Hand-loom, jacquard. I have good handwriting and hand drawing, colourings, creative space planning, Photoshop, illustrator, CAD Microsoft word,& have knowledge about many printing and weaving s techniques and fabric qualities .

I believe that I have complete knowledge about the Textile designing process and aware about my job responsibilities required in your company.

I believe that being a part of your company will take me to a path of success in my career.

I can start work immediately and can work as your requirements . I am so eager for this great job opportunity.
