I am writing to apply for the job of Art Director as listed on creativepool website. Although I have just recently graduated from MSc International Creative Advertising from Manchester Metropolitan University (distinction so far, dissertation result pending), I am not a typical graduate. I have a variety of unique strengths and deep experience which prepare me to make strong and immediate contribution to your integrated agency. I feel my profile best match your requirements since I am a creative individual who can work efficiently and under pressure. I am also a fast learner and I love challenges.

I enjoy the work that this post has to offer -the opportunity to generate ideas and conduct art direction. I believe I can bring the energy and commitment to excellence necessary to thrive in your company's working environment. I feel that I will be able to deal with this work as my Master course has given me the opportunity to handle related advertising projects involving different media, including print press and digital marketing (social media, online PR, SEO, PPC). These projects have demonstrated my copywriting and art direction skills and my work has received the highest mark in the Master class (84%). There are also modules which covered knowledge on marketing, branding and management, giving me a range of varying skills. On the other hand, my architectural background and work experience have trained me to think outside the box and to work with attention to details. Through this job I was given the opportunity to work as a team, communicate with departments/ individuals, and to present to clients. Last year, I gained plenty of knowledge on PR and marketing from my job as Marketing Administrator. I had experience organizing events and briefing customers. My maturity, skills and abilities allow me to embark on a career in this field.
