I am a 2.1 graduate in Ceramics who has a combine Five years experience in retail ,Telecom and Hospitality Industry .during this period ,I have learnt valuable experience on delivering good customer service . My daily scenario of my job-role includes -Resolving customers complaints, conflicts or concerns relating to cashiering policy , provide information on store promotion and its merchandise to customers . Promote goods to maximize "plus selling. Assist in store's banking procedures.

I am very proficient and have thorough knowledge of Administrative practices and procedures, Proper use of language, grammar, punctuation, spelling

Email, presentation, word processing, and spreadsheet software ( Microsoft Office) and very confident in Written and oral communication.

I would like to say that I have a strong ability to critically Analyse and solve problems, work independently or in a team , take initiative ,handling detail and deliver when working on deadlines.

I believe my profound interest and passion for art ,constant eagerness to learn along with my work experience would prove beneficial for this job role.
