I am currently looking for work as PA in East/Central London. I have several years experience in this role, and have a diverse experience of sectors and companies, which enables me to adapt quickly and intelligently to new environments. Contract work, such as Maternity Cover, would certainly be something I would consider.
My work as Technical PA involved becoming familiar and confident with surveying and architectural procedures and terminology.
My main interest involves doing private research into silent film, and I am working in my spare time on 3 writing commissions for 2009. I have also given presentations at a number of festivals and conferences, which, along with the research process, has given me confidence and skills in public speaking and writing.
I like to contrast this with work which enables me to assist people, as PA, to work efficiently and effectively, and get a great deal of satisfaction from ensuring that the working lives of those I am responsible to are as smooth and successful as possible. My CV demonstrates that I have considerable experience in a range of activities, and my references are freely available on request.
