I started my career in 2009 at BBDO Russia. In the first couple of years, I created "The Most Loved TVC of The Year", wrote a line that was quoted over five million times, came up with an app that was downloaded by half a million users, won the first Cannes Lion for BBDO Russia, followed by the first Gold Lion. Sostav, the Russian version of Campaign, named me among the "Most influential people under 30". Since then, I've moved countries twice, won pencils and lions in each city and led work on several global accounts.
I have also watched my favourite ideas die, felt miserable when my campaigns didn't win anything, spent hundreds of hours discussing some meaningless bullshit, sacrificed weekends for the work that wasn't worth it, and missed my homeland badly.
