About me
Pip Hulbert is the UK CEO of Wunderman Thompson, an integrated creative, data and technology agency built around inspiring growth for some of the world's most ambitious brands. Wunderman Thompson UK went on to win Campaign's Customer Engagement Agency of the Year twice, Campaign's Integrated Agency of the Year in 2022 and was most recently named as Campaign's Global Integrated Network of the Year in 2023.
Pip has also worked hard to build a culture that sets Wunderman Thompson UK apart and allows people to bring their whole selves to work. This includes putting wellbeing, learning and development and diversity and inclusion at the heart of agency life. A dedicated wellbeing studio and learning lab provide physical reminders of the agency's commitment, supported by a calendar of classes, events and talks available for employees on and offline. Under Pip's leadership the agency has also launched core initiative groups focusing on advancing the equality of LGBTQ+, BAME and women's rights.
Pip's laser focus on nurturing people has won her spots as Chair on the IPA Effectiveness Council, on the WACL Board and the WPP Advisory Board for Women, Stella. Pip has also been named in the 2019 Campaign A List, Pitch Fanzine's Superwomen List and Creativepool's Top 100 Influencers.
