Since 2001, my career has revolved mainly around acquiring film and TV content for international sales, a responsibility that has naturally given rise to a broader set of transferable skills. Not least of these is an exceptional aptitude for written communication.

In writing all company text throughout my previous roles, I have been careful to maintain a judicious level of sensitivity, fine-tuning style according to the particular brief and target audience. For example, in addition to preparing successful business proposals, I wrote all website copy and press releases.

While currently positioning myself as a freelance production consultant - offering experience-based guidance to emerging producers with projects to pitch - I am keen to apply my skills to a wider pool of opportunities, whether full or part-time, helping me to develop my profile as a professional and diverse copywriter.
