About me
Hi, I am a creative food designer with over 20 years' experience as a chef, food stylist and consultant. I specialise in reimagining classics and developing fresh, contemporary food concepts that balance creativity with commercial impact. I am passionate about honouring tradition alongside innovation.
As a chef consultant, I bring new concepts to life and refine or reinvent existing ones. I manage the full creative process: from concept creation, testing, development and tastings, through to styling, photography, team training and implementation. My strength lies in connecting every stage seamlessly, ensuring ideas translate beautifully from vision to plate to customer experience.
Originally from England and now based in Mallorca, I collaborate with hospitality brands and food businesses internationally, working both remotely and on-site. I have worked with clients around globe including Europe, America, China, Japan and the Middle East.
I'm passionate about creating food that is visually striking, beautifully executed and, above all, delicious.
