About me
A strong support professional studying at The University of Leeds, I count myself as a well-organised and enthusiastic second year BA Fashion Design student. I have a commitment to pursuing a career in fashion design, and wish to develop my artistic design abilities with an internship that will give me a valuable insight into the industry. I count myself as extremely ambitious and creative and am eager to learn new skills which I will be able to apply to my own high standard of working. My course at university has provided me with expert skills in areas which range from ethnographic research; sewing and pattern cutting; to designing with both CAD and drawing by hand. Marketing modules have provided me with invaluable knowledge of modern business strategies, buying behaviour & target marketing as well as the importance of sustainable design.
As an experienced Customer Assistant with a demonstrated history of working in the retail industry, I am highly skilled in Analytics, Customer Service, Self-management and Creative Problem Solving. Substantial awareness of delivering friendly and helpful customer service to a variety of target markets, has provided me with excellent communication skills and an ability to accommodate a range of clientele.
