About me

Hi,

My name is Philippa and I am an enthusiastic, creative and
hardworking design graduate, looking for a Junior Design position in a
dynamic and innovative company. I have commercial design experience
primarily in print design, but also in logos, branding and some website
and HTML design.
I am currently working as a freelance graphic designer and have
recently undertaken briefs for a range of clients including The Cricket
Foundation, The British Film Institute, The Royal Shakespeare Company,
Palgrave Macmillan and Octopus Publishing Group. I am keen to return to
working in an interactive office environment though, as I'm a lively
and sociable person. My previous job was in the marketing department of
a large illustrated book publishers, where I undertook lots of design
work including brochures, order forms, flyers, bookmarks,
postcards, adverts, stickers, web banners and e-newsletters.

I have a certificate in Design from Shillington College and have a
thorough knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, QuarkXpress and
Adobe Acrobat.
