About me
As a consultant for one of the world's largest business process outsourcers, I have used my operations management and business analysis skills to deliver and embed business change, offer advice to various levels of management, and lead cross-departmental teams addressing priority issues. I've acted as a key decision-maker on a series of high-profile projects, including one of the biggest new administration system builds in the country and two multi-billion pound transition projects.
Progressing from an entry level role, I became part of the management team of a busy Operations and Customer Services department that uses a universal financial system developed by our parent company to administer group and individual pensions. Within this role I helped steer the department through a period of unprecedented change, including multiple office re-locations, client company mergers, system migrations and no shortage of regulatory change.
I've extensive experience of disseminating complex technical information to non-technical audiences, working with software developers on technical specifications, and writing copy for internal and external communications. I am a graduate of a Russell Group university and hold a Prince2 Practitioner certificate in Project Management.
