Please allow me to introduce myself, my name is Phil Brennan.
I have spent the last few months on a short term contract selling radio advertising for my local community/commercial radio station.
With the contract coming to an end at the end of March I am now ready for another new challenge in my working life and would welcome the opportunity to discuss an opportunity to join your company.
Prior to taking on the Media Manager role at Stockport County in June 2010 I spent many years as a Sales/Account Manager. My sales experience helped on many occasions during my three and a half years at Edgeley Park as I played a role in retaining club sponsors, bringing new sponsors in and re-engaging 'lapsed' sponsors.
The majority of my years in sales were spent as a Sales or Account Manager with responsibility for various roles including running a 'sales team' on day to day basis - measuring team & individual weekly target/performance/activity levels, reporting to National Sales Director and/or generating and developing 'Corporate Accounts', to build on Company's existing customer base.
I have a proven track record working as a member of a team and on my own, both in meeting deadlines and working on multiple projects. I have many years experience writing and presenting articles and presentations for national and local sales conferences.
I believe that I would make a good addition to any professional team as I have the right mix of experience and attitude to be a success.
