About me

Petter Jensen is a cinematographer and director based in Tokyo, Japan. His work mostly consists of commercials, documentaries, and films.

Petter was first introduced to the film and television industry in 2015, working as a PA on a major Norwegian television drama. But his interest in film production began much earlier, creating stop-motion films in his bedroom. He is currently based in Tokyo, where he works with a variety of Japanese and International clients.

The artists that inspire Petter the most are Bradford Young, Sven Nykvist, Khalid Mohtaseb and Emmanuel Lubezki.

Petter is available for work mainly in Japan, but also globally.
