About me

A graduate in Graphic Arts at Winchester School of Art with a first class honours, I am a fast and keen worker who enjoys challenges with experienced on a variety of freelance projects from large scale publications and brand updates to artworking and front end digital design. Graphic design, typography, front end website design, writing, photography and publishing are my passions.

Through every project I do, be it branding to website design I always apply a sense of craft and nature to the outcome, allowing the content to speak. I am always on my feet eager to get my hands into anything, even areas I haven't had a chance to try in the past. I have work on various freelance projects from corporate branding and brochures, logos and website designs to grander publications, such as a recent careers guide sent to all of the students on the NUS. I also give my time to volunteer when and where I can, designing a magazine for a community and faith company as well as helping communities.

Adobe CS6 - Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Printing process - large format, book, spot colour process., Artworking, Project realisation - From start through to competition to a tight deadline., Client handling - Dealing direct with clients, including any complaints and questions., Proofing - Proof reading documents and checking print documents are adequate before sending to print., Editorial- Able to talk with strangers to journalistic information and editing to pull valuable information out., Studio Photography- Experience with studio lighting, setups and large format cameras. Including colour and raw handling., Retouching - Experience in photo manipulation and retouching, including cutouts.
