Experience with digital strategy, digital transformation related to marketing and ecommerce, broader digital marketing, data and analytics, digital capability and benchmarking, culture and behavioural analysis for marketing and ecommerce teams.

The disruption of businesses through digital technologies, rapidly shifting contexts that define entirely new operating environments, the ability to get to a target market more easily via data, and the need to empower front-line staff and their roles to achieve agility, is resulting in the need to reinvent the way in which businesses operate.
