About me

At the beginning of last year I relocated back to the UK from Singapore where I was Head of Brand and Design at Eastspring, part of the Prudential group.

At Eastspring I was responsible for the evolution of the brand and its processes. I was responsible for all creative produced from our head office and 10 regional offices. I oversaw and created unique communication that engaged with consumers in all aspects of the business. I worked across multiple media and messaging platforms including digital, print, video, web and social. Whist doing this I gained detailed and invaluable knowledge of the industry.

A personal highlight during my time at Eastspring was being a founder member of the Eastspring Diversity and Inclusion team. We developed practices to create a safe, diverse, and inclusive environment for its people and their clients. It was a hugely rewarding experience for all involved but particularly for myself as the only non Asian team member.

I worked in Singapore for nearly 10 years and in that time I've had the pleasure of working for several companies that have pushed the boundaries in their respective fields. My roles have been at Creative Director level and I've been responsible for developing not only the brands, but the people that support them. My drive is to create and curate brands that speak to the consumer through original and innovative creative execution.

I have been the creative lead for multiple brands in a wide variety of markets and my teams have received over 30 awards regionally and internationally for design, typography, illustration and photography. I have been responsible for the creation and implementation of inclusive workplace strategies that encourage and support creativity. I encourage frequent and honest communication to allow the sharing of ideas and building of relationships, I do this with an inclusive and collaborative approach and involve myself in all conversations.

I have personally managed teams across the UK, South East Asia, Greater China, Japan, Australia and I have gained invaluable cultural experience that has enabled me to develop these teams effectively.
