About me

As you will see in my CV, I have graduated form a Graphic Design & Illustration course and have continued my journey to specialise in print designs. I have a varied experience in multiple designing and artworking projects. My previous job role was one that would present me with different design problems on a daily basis. This could range from producing branding materials to editorial design, POS display to creative retouching working for multiple clients or receiving a concept idea and then bringing it to life. These have greatly enhanced my understanding of typography, colour accuracy, retouching skills and the ability to work under pressure, as well as given me the confident to make the most out of the tools that I use.

Working within a print studio for more than 2 years provide a lot of hands on experiences. I have learnt various necessary skills such as understanding the print and production process, preparing artwork for proofing, ensuring files are colour corrected and taking a concept through to the finished medium. I now realise the benefits of working with in a team of creative individuals and also of being able to work independently when required. I have been using Adobe for more than 7 years. During this time I have become really acquainted with their softwares. My technical knowledge with these softwares is never stagnant as I am always involved in various projects at all times; striving to keep my skills up-to-date and staying in touch with current design trends. I am proficient in using the Adobe Creative Suite and is very good in using Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. This equipped with the ability to produce work at top quality whether on screen or on paper; perfection is essential in my work.
