Post: Junior Digital Designer

I am writing in reply to your vacancy advertised on the Internet.

I would like to take this opportunity to express my great interest in this post and feel that my skills and knowledge make me an ideal candidate for the job.

I have been designing web sites for 6 years and possess strong HTML and CSS skills and am more than comfortable using Dreamweaver or hand coding web sites to the W3C standard using semantic mark-up.

I also have strong Photoshop skills and use it on a daily basis and am always trying out new and exciting techniques.

I have a good working knowledge of Fireworks and Flash and use them on the websites I design.

I realise how important SEO is and would bring a wide array of knowledge in this field.

I have a thirst for emerging technologies and a general interest in online media and design. I possess a keen eye for detail and I take enormous pride in delivering work that is of the highest standard.

Upon being a successful candidate, I am in a position to relocate to the London area immediately.
