Designer. Director. Dad.

I'm an award winning Creative Leader, Art Director & multi-disciplined designer with a branding, design & advertising background.

I work in the areas of brand design, advertising & innovation with a portfolio of creative campaigns, brand identities, motion graphics, print design, outdoor advertising, experimental stunts, corporate events (& loads of other good stuff!)

I have a hands-on approach & a particular interest in building & inspiring teams to create rewarding brand experiences. I try to deliver new & exciting ways to strengthen brands. Ideas that push boundaries & challenge the status quo. Work that gets noticed & makes an impact.

I have been fortunate enough to win nearly 40 industry awards including D&AD, The DRUM, US Telly awards, CreativePool & Promax. I've also been named 'Collaborative Colleague of the year' & 'Creative Innovator of the year' at the annual UKTV awards.
I am most proud of leading the Design & Brand teams to become the 'Brand Team of the Year' at the CreativePool annual awards.

I am also part of numerous award juries, including the World Brand Design Awards & Promax.

I began my career with the BBC as a broadcast designer; before moving to a branding & design agency, where I worked my way up to become lead designer. I then moved into post production & Advertising, becoming Head of Design at a creative agency in the heart of Soho, building brands & creating TV commercials, music videos & digital content for clients across music, theatre & entertainment in both London & New York.
Today I am Head of Design & Brand at UKTV and BBC Studios. Helping to build the in-house creative teams & continue to produce award-winning work for a large portfolio of brands.

At home I'm a husband & a father to two boys. Spending most of my spare time in the fields of Surrey with our two black Labradors.

I'm also a Chairman & Coach at our local Rugby club; Spending my Sunday mornings coaching a large group of children, come rain or shine (... even though I've never played a full game of rugby in my life!)
