About me

I graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a degree in Contemporary Fine Art in May 2008 with a 2:1, having completed a National Diploma in Photography at Thames Valley University in 2005, achieving an overall merit and triple distinction for my final project, "Finding Beauty" which explored the beautiful photographic images and effects obtainable in the run down areas of cities.

My "Silent City" canvases were chosen for exhibition at the National Gallery of Albania and the "City Life" canvasses for exhibition at the Alison Honour Gallery in September 2008. Three of my canvasses have also been chosen for exhibition at "Art for All" in Woodstock at the end of October 2008.

I currently work as a Duty Manger for the Oxford Brookes Centre of sport where my responsibilities are Management of centre, interaction with general public, customers and suppliers, Running Fitness Classes, General Maintenance jobs within gyms, Assisting with form of exercises, promotion of personal training facilities, locking up and securing centre, setting up sports equipment for classes/ sports, Instructing classes, Climbing instruction, Bar operation Management.

My relevant skills are Highly proficient research & Development skills[ND in photography I had a final major project which required the use of extensive research and development skills. I received a distinction for the project}. I have Excellent technical skill [During the ND in photography I have used various large format, medium format, digital, SLR and video cameras and have obtained skills in B&W darkroom printing colour printing, Web design and Photoshop also during the two year course I feel that I have obtained a High level of Creative Design [Designed website that was uploaded to the internet and also created advertising posters and flyers for Oxford Brookes Centre of Sport that was used for advertising sports clubs] Excellent Level of Sculpture and Woodwork Skills [Oxford Brookes BA fine Art Course gave me the skill to produce sculptures and woodwork for individual projects] High Level of Visual Communication and Video Editing Skills [Portfolio work in ND Photography was judged by visual communication]
