About me

I am writing in regards to the above post. I am a current employee of Shepherd Construction and have worked for the company for over 2 years. I have a 2:1 BA (Hons) degree in Interior Architecture and Design and the company have used my skills to win work and sell interior schemes to clients through card models, 3D visualisations and presentation boards.

IT Skills - In my current role I am required to use specialised computer software and I have excellent knowledge of 3D Studio Max, Photoshop and AutoCad. I also have good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel as I have used these programmes to create issue sheets, schedules and letters.

Design Experience - During my year with Shepherd I have gained relevant design experience through a variety of architectural projects, interior schemes, and work winning. I work alongside architects to produce innovative designs as I am extremely creative and spatially aware.

Teamwork - I participate in group projects regularly. I feel that it is extremely important to work as a unified whole, as clients and projects benefit from this greatly. As a team member I listen to others with enthusiasm and in return I contribute and use technical evidence to support my views.

I am particularly interested in interior architecture/design, 3D Studio Max and AutoCad and I feel that my skills are best suited to this type of work.
