Previous roles and experiences:

- Prior to joining Williams Lea, Penri developed his operational and business management skills in a wide range of roles and companies. In 2000,

he successfully integrated his creative agency with the PR and Events

division of the South Wales-based company EPPC-Severn Crossing.

- Penri joined Williams Lea via a TUPE transfer from AXA in 2001

- As Studio Production Manager for the onsite AXA studio in Bristol UK, Penri developed the operation into the highest performing studio within the network. During this time he expanded his role to include new studio implementations and best practice transformations across a number of sites in the UK network.

- In 2006, Penri led and delivered a project to establish an offshore creative operation within Williams Lea's facility in Chennai, India. This operation has become a key strategic platform for Williams Lea's global creative business and has seen exponential growth in volumes, scale and service lines since go-live.

- Penri re-engaged with Williams Lea's European business mid-2008, where he is currently responsible for the strategic and tactical growth of the company's premedia and creative proposition into mainland Europe.
