About me

Born in 1984, i've spent my childhood in Portugal.

During high school, i've studied computer sciences. Yet, just before going to the university, i got my first camera. After that, computer arts were my new path. The visual communication just seduced me. I decided to study web and graphic design but photography was growing on me.

In 2007 I had the opportunity of doing a semester in a spanish University of Fine Arts, and in 2008 i went to Paris to work as an assistant of an amazing photographer, Regine Mahaux.

I've been a freelance photographer since 2009, working with great clients. I had the opportunity to shoot a variety of subjects, from sports to fashion, wines to houses.

In 2011 i've started teaching photography in Instituto Politécnico de Castelo Branco.

Other than photography, videography is also a field that I'm exploring. Doing some personal work as well as some artistic and commercial assignments.
