About me
My design knowledge and experience was gained through education & employment. I studied Art & Design in university as an undergraduate and moved into motion graphics while studying on an MA course in 'Digital Film and Animation', which I completed in 2010 with a distinction. Before my MA course I was employed as a Graphic Designer. I am presently working as a Graphic Designer/Project Assistant for an architectural firm. My tasks include; creative print layouts, presentation boards, brochures, along with Photoshopping and Illustrating of diagrams. I have strong experience of working in design teams, and work well under pressure when meeting deadlines. Managing my time around submission dates is a key part of my job and I have developed excellent interpersonal skills, including diplomacy and positivity. I enjoy taking on creative briefs and finding solutions to design problems. In my free time, I have my own design practice on the go and work towards competitions and design awards.
