About me

An energetic, motivated, and highly dynamic individual with excellent communication and organisational skills, an outstanding work ethics to work equally well both in team-orientated and self-directed environments.

I have graduated from Thames Valley University in 2008 with a Bachelors of Arts in Film: Video Production with Film Studies. My work background and university subjects have supplied me with many skills.

- Managed a team of 10 students during a 1-week shoot for a 10-minute student film.

- Head of marketing during my third year at university on a 10 minute short film.

- Volunteered as a Casting Assistant: Helping MA students with a 2-day casting.

- Worked as a Runner on 'EVE TV': Assisting the director with the overall management of the production crew on and off set.

My experience in a sales and customer service environment combined with my work experience as a runner in a Icelandic games broadcasting company, and with my degree in filmmaking and film theory, have convinced me that Film and Media is a career option I would like to explore. I believe that people facing skills, communication and organisation skills are important for career in film.
