I'm currently a Design Team Leader for Oliver Marketing, in charge of creating and running an on-site client studio, ensuring all work meets the brief, adheres to guidelines and is completed on time and within budget.

My current role is extremely versatile and demanding, I am responsible for all areas of the account. My workload includes project planning and management, servicing the client, design and sourcing print. I'm also in control of recruiting new designers and producing reports on the profitability of the account, needless to say I'm super organised.

I worked at CW Communications prior to this role for 6 years as their first Studio Manager tasked with improving a chaotic work place. I instilled processes and have created an efficient working environment which helped attain ISO accreditation.

In both my current and previous role the quality of the artwork is my responsibility, I have excellent attention to detail skills these have been enhanced further being on-site, a happy client is crucial.

I believe that knowledge and experience of a similar positions make me the ideal candidate for this role. I know the pressures of a studio, it takes dedication and a can-do attitude along, the ability to stay calm under pressure and excellent communication skills to liaise with the design team and the clients, I have all these qualities.
