About me

I'm predominantly a freelance Illustrator specialising, though not exclusively, in Comic-book/Graphic Novel/Sequential Art and magazine illustration; that likes a variety of changable subject matter.

My style doesn't tend to be so specific that it will only suit this/these field/s as there's obviously significant cross-pollonisation of popular culture and influences based in these formats into animation and video game concept and character design, children's illustrations, educational programmes, clothing print design, storyboarding for animation or live action and advertising and marketing illustration.

Most of my technical ability from A-Level onwards tends to have been self-taught and practised; but I'm completely capable with everyday use of current software.

Because I've usually tended to work on short-term one-off projects based from my home studio (meaning I'm less reliant on a permanent salary and stability): my rates are definitely competitive to say the least and negotiable.
