About me
Hi there, my name is Paul
I have been working as part of an in-house design studio at a media company for the last 7 years, on a variety of different projects and events.
More recently, I've been doing more motion graphics, but before that my role involved a lot of print and a fair bit of web based projects too. Most of the work involved taking a project from concept all the way through to completion. I would always have more than one project on at a time and most of them came with short deadlines, so I am used to managing my time and prioritising my workload.
I'm very competent in all the usual Adobe programs, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects and I also dabble in a little Cinema 4D, so I have a pretty varied skill set that can be called upon. However I think that one of my biggest strengths is my ability to develop ideas, to take an initial thought and build and transform it into much more.
As a person, I am friendly, easy-going and always happy to help out wherever possible. I work well in a team and love to collaborate on projects. Deep down I'm also a proper nerd, I get way too excited by fonts or new software and basically about learning new stuff.
