Hello.
I am looking for a creative role where I can express my passion for creative, marketing, brands and my core interests.
I want to help lead and build the best team who are brilliant and passionate and cutting edge at what they do and never lose sight of the end goal.
I love interpreting multi-discipline briefs and love making brilliant work that is front and centre of the business and drives the business and thus its performance forward.
I want to work for a company where strong alignments and relationships with stakeholders are not just nice to have but vital for success.
The role I am looking for needs to be an amalgam of several disciplines:
Creative Direction;
Leading all aspects of media - from copy, design, clip based promotions to high end shoots and suitable for access from any device and on any media platform.
Mentoring;
I want to be one step ahead with consistent monitoring and education on new trends, approaches, techniques, providing the ability to continually develop cutting edge and effective creative solutions and design for the team as individuals and the dept. as a whole.
Conceptual thinking;
The ability to explore and shape creative ideas and align them with strategic brand goals working in conjunction with marketing to interpret briefs and support and enable the best work.
Analytics;
Work with other leaders to create effective measures, sign off, feedback and de-brief processes that help inform colleagues to understand effectiveness of work produced by the team and flex and adapt creative solutions.
Management;
Creative leadership for Creative & Design teams - to nurture, cajole and lead from the front.
Stakeholder Management;
Build and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders within the business and make sure we're seen as a go-to dept. in the wider business and externally in the industry.
Financial Management;
Make sure that we are financially robust to fulfil to creative ambitions I have.
