Dear Sir or Madam,

I have recently been made redundant from Associated Newspapers'. I have worked on all their titles including the Daily Mail, Mail on Sunday, Weekend magazine and the prestigious 'You' fashion/beauty magazine. In that time I have seen many changes in the newspaper, photographic, magazine and pre-press industry along with the advent of digital media.

My knowledge and experience of colour correction, consistency of matching images along with all the constraints placed upon us in the studio makes me a very strong candidate. I fully understand the stresses working under extreme conditions and I feel I am perfectly equipped to handle those demands.

I have worked closely with many art directors/editors for various media including Daily Mail-online and Metro-online and have uploaded countless images in a very short time with very demanding deadlines whilst maintaining the highest colour control.

I spent seven months in our Dublin office training staff in Photoshop, closely monitoring colour matching, correction, manipulation and pixel editing skill's which I thoroughly enjoyed.

I am a committed and a very professional individual, very flexible with excellent time keeping and attendance record. A good team player with a great attitude which I feel would make me an ideal candidate for your company.
