About me

I am an experienced Graphic designer based in Guildford, Surrey, who on a day to day basis takes projects from initial brief to successful completion. I'm used to asking the right questions of clients to help me arrive at a proposal that immediately answers the brief.

I have a methodical approach to design and am always keen to learn new skills. I'm equally comfortable designing for web and print using Adobe Creative Suite. My daily work includes designing websites; where I design not only the look and feel of the site - but also its structure - with an emphasis on logical and user friendly interface design. My print design experience covers a range of materials such as adverts, leaflets and brochures, large format display banners and vehicle liveries and anything else required - even the occasional Powerpoint presentation!

Working in a busy design agency for the past few years has often meant juggling several tasks at once. I have strong organisational skills, to the extent that I have, for the past year, handled the workload of two designers after a colleague left the company. This achievement was recently recognised when I was promoted to Design Director.

I am used to working with high profile B2B clients such as Cat Lift Trucks and as part of this have successfully prepared end-of-year business plan presentations including concept design proposals which have led to budget allocation for the following year.

I feel that my organisational skills, creativity and experience would be an asset in this role.
