Building a business is fundamentally a creative and human endeavour. The intellectual capabilities of analysing problems, uncovering root causes and developing solutions are necessary ingredients, but insufficient in themselves. At heart, I specialise in discovering and freeing the talents and capabilities of those around me to deliver extraordinary results.

Having built autonomous business sections and brands for some large companies - including Gap, John Lewis and Pearson - I am now bringing 20 years of entrepreneurial experience to bear founding and scaling my own businesses within the gaming industry. Today, Gamevy is a thriving company with big challenges and possibilities ahead, while my investments in related companies look poised for similarly explosive growth.
