Hello Gear4!

I am a hard working ladder climbing individual who thrives in small group placements and loves to manage people and share working styles and knowledge

with those around me.

I am a thinker but a doer, I am a hands on conceptual designer but also a finisher, by that I mean I like to see a project through from start to completion and this can be from initial conception and brainstorm though all the proofing and meeting stages right up to the final handover. I have over 16 years experience and have worked in many industry sectors and roles but am now looking for another role in creative management, which I previously have over 5 years experience of, as either a Creative Director or Creative Manager/Studio Manager.

I wish to get settled in a fun and friendly developing company where I can assist with the creativity output and ideally get my hands dirty, as well as running an expanding and developing studio.

I simply love managing people in an industry which I have been so involved in for so many years and wish to further my experience and managerial skillset withing this role.
