Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing in response to your advert and would like to apply for the role.

Whilst I am attaching a copy of my CV in support of my application, I will take this opportunity to briefly outline my experience and credentials to date.

I am a qualified Graphic Designer with in excess of twelve years industry knowledge and experience the latter part as a freelance operator representing a number of prestigious accounts. Prior to this I have worked within design groups instrumental in producing an exemplary standard of work. Examples of which can be produced upon request.

I would hope that after perusing my CV you see sufficient content as to warrant an interview whereby I would endeavour to convince you of my suitability for the position of Graphic Designer within your business.
