About me

My name is Patrick and I work as a designer across print and web creating engaging visual communication to help companies interact with audiences. I have 6 years experience working on projects for different client sectors in print, web, branding, interiors and more.

I'm two parts designer, one part developer and over the past few years I have begun to focus my work towards, but not exclusively, on front end development writing HTML and CSS with some jQuery.

My print background has given me a solid understanding of how to create accurate visual communication but in web I believe the added dimension of interaction requires the creation of systems rather than static pages.

I enjoy defining problems that needs solving within a brief and creating a successful project means managing creative process with developing, presenting and seeking feedback regularly.

Skills

With 10+ years working with digital software (6 profesionally and four training), Im capable of using most Adobe CS6 products. In addition to this I have maintained a fast workflow with programs such as Acrobat, Word and Power Point. Advanced Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign Intermediate Dreamweaver / Flash.
