June 2003-March 2005 FIRST TITLE LEGAL, BROMLEY Team Administratorn Working in the conveyance department of a busy fast growing title insurance company. Providing Administrative support to a large team which included handling a high volume of telephone calls, written correspondence, data entry, proof checking written documentation and general administration duties.n Needed excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as an excellent telephone manner as it was necessary to deal with calls from clients and customers on a daily basis. Knowledge of data protection and the Mortgage Code were essential, as was an ability to handle complaints or queries in a calm polite manner. n An ability to prioritise workloads, work within a hectic environment and accuracy were essential as it was necessary to check legal documentation such as Deeds from the Land Registry. I had to be able to work independently or as part of a team, and prove my ability to demonstrate initiative. I also aided in the day-to-day running of the team, including using and managing the team calendar, keeping the general area tidy and well presented, filing, scanning and printing reports.n Part of my duties also included transferring monies from different accounts through the CHAPS system, Sending out and receiving cheques and taking Credit and debit card payments from clients using a PDQ machine.Since leaving First Title I have taken a number of Temporary Roles
