Cover Letter For Pat Folan:

I have held positions of responsibility in the computing and printing industry,including software support, shift manager, support team leader and shift leader.

Through such positions I have gained extensive experience in the field, and developed an assured confidence in my work.

In my latest role I worked as a Support Analyst in a team of 5 supporting our European and Asian customers who used our in house software known as VIP.

My role was to analyse customer problem, replicate the reported issues in our print lab, and work alongside our developers and testers to provided a speedy customer fix.

In my previous role working for MBA, I worked as a print support analyst but this role was a more hands on, working with the mailroom, print operators and the production manager. I was part of a team who's responsibility it was to implement

and migrate legacy print applications to a state of the art print distribution system (VIP and BARR Solimar)

My time at ICL/Fujitsu where I worked in the print support team was also to understand and transfer various workloads into the print centre. This entailed going out to site and performing due diligence and review workload practices. I then had to

give detailed reports on current practices and develop a plan on how to incorporate this new workload into our print/mail headquarters based in Enfield.

I am confident, hard working, reliable and always achieve targets as specified by SLA or KPI.
