I have recently finished studying Filmmaking at Kingston University: my time at university has allowed me to work in many different roles in pre production, production, and post-production. I've also had experience in creating and editing videos as paid work too, and I am currently a video editor for BANG Media's "Showbiz" department; I also do freelance video editing for two different YouTube channels in my spare time..
Not only do I have three years of experience due to my course; but I have also had past paid work that has involved creating and editing promotional videos. I also have experience working with different editing softwares, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition and Avid. `As well as editing greenscreen footage and having to colour grade footage. Recently I worked as a 'Creative Intern' for Kingston University which involved editing videos and creating other content to design a Travel Safety campaign that would be aimed at over 15,000 students. I've also had two films I have worked on shown at the BFI; with one also being screened at the International Youth Arts Festival 2018 in July.
Due to my past jobs in both video-making, retail, and customer service, I have managed to become highly skilled in communication and time management. This is obviously essential in order to work well as part of a company.
