With hands-on experience in the Production Industry, I am a highly dependable and organized Production manager with the ability to drive organizational improvement and lead successful and high-achieving teams. In my career I studied also the Conservatory of Music, in Venice where I've worked over theory and solfege, piano and conducting. From this is derived a keen attention to the classic music.

- Managed 52 events in the last six years with clients, agencies. Planned with venues and theatres, build new spaces. Managed new uses of the spaces, searched speakers. Searched new ways of making adv and digital campaigns: made also items if needed. Made events in more than one day. Searched wow effects. The dimensions: from 250 people to 5.000 people.

Drafted budgets, business plans.-Dealed with caterings, health and security, logistics, suppliers, technicians saving between 8% and 15% on budgets (except one occasion where the saving has been 20%).

- Made festival as general manager, and participated to many festival with shows.

- Managed over 800 shows on tour. During these shows: savings between 5% and 12%, solved many problems (technical, logistical etc.)

- Collaborated with employees and team members to manage cost sharing relationship on shoots with various events and show.

- Joined together with marketing and ad sales to develop specialty content around marketing campaigns

- Managed international projects, especially in the David Zard grand operas (such as Austria, Switzerland, France)

- Mantained the interest and support of existing donors and recruiting new individual donors (gain of new big sponsors such as Enel, Ferrovie dello Stato (Italian State Railways) etc.

- Joined together with marketing and ad sales to develop specialty content around marketing campaigns.

- Managed catering, health and security and access to commissions.
