Panos Pagonis is proud father of Cynthia, AdNerd and Creative Director (Art) at McCann Worldgroup.

Panos is the only one Greek Art Directors that has won at least one award at the 6 major award shows. (Cannes Lions, D&AD, Clio, One Show, LIA Awards, Webbys).

He has won the first Glass Lion for the Greek region (Gold) and the first Pencil (Graphite). Furthermore he has won 2 Grand Effie Awards and 8 Effies, Sabre Awards, Chip Shop, Grand Prix at Youtube Works, 51 Ermis Awards, 4 Grand Ermis and has served as a jury member for national and international juries like Ad Stars (Asia) and PHNX Awards.

For 2022 he was selected by LIA Awards as a Creative LIAison's Mentee.

In 2021, Creativepool selected him as "Emerging Talent of the Year" and named him as "One of 10 best Art directors in the World". In 2022 Selected him again, this time as "Next Gen Talent of The Year".

His work has been featured up to ten times at Lürzer's Archive - including Ad of the Week -.

Also, his work has been selected as Editor's Pick on major websites like AdWeek, Ad Age, Shots, The Drum, Ads of the World, Muse by Clio, etc.
