About me

Just a little about me. I am currently working as a graphic designer/web administrator for a Direct Response Mail Order company, working with clients such as The Daily Express, The Daily Mail, The Yorkshire Post, The Scottish Daily Mail, the Radio Times and The Mirror to provide adverts for print in newspapers, with some magazine and leaflet work as well. I use Illustrator and Photoshop CS, as well as InDesign for layout and photo-editing. I also create product information sheets for new products for sale which my company supplies, sending these out to clients as proposals for advertising space within their Reader Offers departments. I can work from template or coming up with new concepts, working to tight deadlines and schedules, and have gained valuable experience of client-management, an aspect of the job I love.

In addition, I am responsible for proof-reading adverts made up by clients' in-house design teams, providing offer codes, images and copy. I maintain our company's white-label site as well as working from the backend to maintain our products on the clients' sites, using Shopcreator, MTech/AMO and 1&1 web hosting providers. Due to upcoming business relocation, I will be looking for a new job to start at the beginning of November.
