About me
I'm Özde Bayer, a surface pattern designer and illustrator based in the Netherlands. I run my own design studio where I create original patterns for fabric, wallpaper, home goods, and print-on-demand products, from first sketches to production-ready files.
I love the process of turning a loose idea into something that actually ends up on a cushion, a tote bag, baby clothing or a roll of wallpaper. My work tends to lean into nature, inspired by folk art and art nouveau but I adapt to what a project needs.
I work with brands of all sizes and genuinely enjoy collaborating with makers and small businesses who care about design. Clear communication, realistic timelines, and good work. That's what I'm about.
