About me
I am a HUGE people person and therefore am extremely lucky that my career path has focused on helping individuals realise their potential and finding their "shine factor". After five and a half years across agency and in-house positions, I still get the same excitement and sense of pride when I see how enthusiastic candidates are to join a business. As a Recruiter (aka. "Unicorn Wrangler") by nature, I love everything to do with seeking out top talent and providing them with an exceptional experience. As a Manager, I now have the opportunity to take this further by driving Talent strategies that are built on collaboration, experience, agility and the exploration of new ideas.
